Listed below are some of the cool activities that make up our Youth & Family Ministry. Those cool activities pale in comparision to the people who are apart of this ministry. Come join us.

Each month the 6th-12th graders get together following our PM worship for a devotional, food, and some fun. Sometimes we meet in the activities building. Other months we go to someones home.

During the school year, our 6th-12th graders meet at the activities building every other Monday night at 6:30 PM for InDepth. InDepth is designed to help our teens grow closer to each other and to God while taking an in depth look into making our discipleship real. We usually have snacks and hang out before sitting down to discuss real religion and what God wants for our lives.

The Challenge Youth Conference is designed for Middle and High School Students to meet the needs of teenagers who are growing up in a society that often is indifferent to living a life for Christ. CYC is held at the LeConte Conference center in Pigeon Forge. The dates for 2017 are Feb. 23-25.

West TN Workcamp is a cooperative service and benevolent effort of churches of Christ. Since our beginning in 1999, we have painted hundreds of homes in Jackson, Dyersburg, and McKenzie, TN for elderly and low-income residents who cannot do the work themselves. During these 14 years, we have also had mission opportunities to assist with disaster relief in the Gulf, Tuscaloosa, and Moore, OK. Last year, the Martin congregation was able to host congregations from all over West TN and beyond as teenagers and adults came to help paint several homes in our community.

Each October, we create a safe place for kids and their families to trick or treat in our parking lot. Members are encouraged to decorate their vehicles and bring candy to give out to little princesses and tough super heroes.

EU is not a youth rally, but is designed specifically for High School leaders who are spiritually ready to begin sharing the Gospel with those around them. It is an intense weekend of in-depth and pratical evangelism training. It is held at the hardin County High School congregation in Savannah, TN.

EU'17 is January 12-14, 2017. The theme is RESCUE.
